Q: How do I file an application with Butler Bank?
A: You can obtain an application from the website and mail or fax it back to the bank (978-442-1762). Call 888-285-7251 should you have any questions. We can have one of our Construction Loan Sales Associates meet with you at your place of business and prepare the loan application with you.
Q: What geographic area do you do business in?
A: We have no boundaries in New England and currently have projects from Cape Cod to N.H. and Maine.
Q: Are we required to have a deposit account with Butler Bank?
A: Yes, however, we can arrange for a courier to pick up your banking needs.
Q: How quickly are construction draws funded?
A: It is our procedure to fund requests generally within 48 hours upon receipt and there is no limit on the number of draws requested.
Q: Can you manage the end financing for the builders customers?
A: Yes. We offer adjustable and fixed rate mortgages.
Q: How soon after I file an application will I hear from the Bank?
A: We make it our procedure to respond with a loan commitment letter within five business days assuming all required paperwork is presented.
Q: Do you offer loans to expand or rehab an existing property?
A: Yes, we enjoy rehab loans.
Q: What percentage of construction funds do you advance?
A: Generally 100%.
